Mother Colonies

Cadence: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year

Recorded:

  • Health status (survival, health, bleaching)

Nurseries

Cadence: every 3 months; every 2 weeks during hot / bleaching season

Restoration Area / Control Area

Cadence: Annually — before and after outplant season

Recorded:

  • Coral diversity / abundance
  • Fish diversity / abundance
  • Invertebrate diversity / abundance
  • Diversity: eDNA and/or bioacoustics
  • % live coral cover
  • % survival
  • % bleached
  • Recruitment (#/m²)

Reference Sites

Cadence: Annually, at the same time as Restoration area monitoring
